If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines your rights and the procedures you should follow to return items or request a refund.

2. Your Right to Cancel and Return Goods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 days of receiving them. This right applies to most products but does not apply to bespoke or customized items made specifically for you, such as custom poker tables.

You must send your cancellation notice before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

Returning Goods

If you decide to cancel your order, you must return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or not as described.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to return the goods, as you are responsible for the items until they reach us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If you cancel your order within the 14-day cooling-off period, we will refund the price you paid for the goods, including the standard delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the cost of the standard delivery.

4. Bespoke and Custom Orders

Please note that bespoke and custom-made products, such as customized poker tables, are exempt from the 14-day cancellation rights under UK law. This means that once your order is placed and production has begun, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the item is faulty or not as described.

5. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If the goods you receive are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How to Report a Fault

Returning Faulty or Damaged Goods

We will arrange for the return of faulty or damaged goods at our expense. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will offer you a full refund, repair, or replacement.

The following types of goods are not eligible for return or refund unless they are faulty or not as described:

  • Bespoke or custom-made products
  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered after delivery
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
